Fundamental Reformer

A balanced, full body class designed for all levels, from beginners to those refining their technique. Focus on core, strength, alignment and control while mastering the key reformer movements. Move mindfully, build confidence and strengthen your Pilates foundation.

These classes introduce you to the reformer machine a supportive tool that enhances your pilates experience and gain a comprehensive understanding of how your body moves and how you can control it more effectively.

Intermediate Reformer

Progressing from the basics our Sunflow intermediate classes are the ideal next step for you who have a solid grounding in pilates principles. These classes are designed to challenge and extend your capabilities introducing you to the more intricate aspects of pilates, meanwhile improving strength, flexibility and challenging your coordination.
